John Franklin Zwetchkenbaum, M.D.
Allergy & Immunology: Allergy & Immunology
Dr. John Zwetchkenbaum received his allergy and asthma training at the world renown National Jewish Center in Denver Co. He is a clinical instructor at Brown University Medical School and has been repeatedly voted a "Top Doc" in RI Monthly Magazine. Dr. Zwetchkenbaum is also involved in clinical research studies to keep him on edge with the latest advances in his field.

Barrie Weisman, M.D.
Allergy and Immunology
Dr. Barrie Weisman, was previously staff allergist at Harvard Community Health Care in Rhode Island, and joined Dr. Zwetchkenbaum in 2000. Dr. Weisman is patient focused and is especially interested in skin allergies and allergic reactions. It is said he can be a sleuth at determining the route cause of the problem.

Toby Fingeroth, PAC

Toby Fingeroth, just joined our staff this spring. She brings 3 years
of otolaryngology expertise and is very sensitive and patient focused. She has already made our patients feel as if she was always there.

Nancy Pirraglia, L.P.N.

Nurse Nancy Pirraglia has been with the practice over 10 years and "knows
allergy". Patients enjoy her calming touch.

and appreciated by the patients.

Lori Smith & Ivy Fernandez
Lori Smith and Ivy Fernandez run our Research Practice. They are always eagerly recruiting patients for our clinical studies. Both are bilingual. The studies are mainly asthma and allergy related. These studies help us better understand upcoming advances in allergy and asthma. In addition, participating patients benefit from exposure to the newest treatments, free medications and and compensation for their time and travel.
